Connector Transition Announcement
After an extensive search, the National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR) selected InClime, with its partner, the Clean Energy States Alliance (CESA) , as the new manager of the Energy Connector. This dynamic partnership has demonstrated experience managing energy and efficiency programs in multiple states. They also have the technical capabilities to continue running the existing Energy Connector platform with minimal disruption to existing users. The platform will transition from NLR to InClime in June 2026. InClime is committed to continuing the core mission of the Connector to support energy affordability. Additionally, InClime is "systems and organization controls 2" (SOC 2) certified. Their commitment to this audit-validated and voluntary framework demonstrates their high standards for protecting sensitive information.
As part of this transition the old home of the Energy Connector, connector.nrel.gov, has been sunset. All future interactions done here at EnergyConnector.org, and your bookmarks should be updated accordingly.
If you have an existing login, you should receive instructions for regaining access to your account once your state has finished transitioning your data to its new home here, sometime in June.
